Johana Fernandez

Johana has a multi-cultural understanding of human behavior and motivations, making her particularly adept at conflict resolution. Prior to starting at Coneybeare, she worked at a non-profit organization for youth, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove, for 9 years. Her successful career with the non-profit taught her many valuable skills about working with a very diverse community, as well as how to successfully manage and lead a team. Johana is a passionate, kind and empathetic individual who gives herself fully to everything she does. Johana uses her great communication skills and relationship building expertise to find and place top candidates for Coneybeare.

Johana is bilingual in English and Spanish. She has a BA in Psychology and a BA in English.
