Arthur “R.T.” Thornton

RT is an entrepreneur at heart. He owned a marketing display company for 12 years and has held other marketing and Sales positions in the hospitality industry. He understands what makes a business profitable, and that people are the most important part of business success. RT is our Director of Business Development, as well as our Sales trainer and coach, and specializes in recruiting for technical, sales & marketing, and numerous other types of roles. He is warm, energetic, genuine and has a great sense of urgency. RT studied Aerospace Engineering.
