Teresa is the Recruitment Manager at Coneybeare and has worked in this capacity since 1996. Her responsibilities include sourcing applicants for open jobs, placing ads, interviewing potential candidates, as well as performing background checks and reference checks.

Teresa stays current with all relevant California and federal employment laws to ensure that Coneybeare is 100% legally compliant, fair and responsible. She also manages relationships with existing clients which enable Coneybeare to maintain an excellent understanding of any adjustments to their employment needs.

Teresa earned her bachelor's degree in social welfare and previously worked as the employment supervisor at Hoag Hospital.
