Michel Rivera has been the Assistant Recruiter since 2007. In this capacity, Michel interviews applicants and provides lists of choice candidates. He also supports on-site coordinators for one of Coneybeare's larger clients by managing administrative tasks and resolving internal conflicts. Lastly, Michel leads and facilitates lean manufacturing principles training. Prior to working at Coneybeare, Michel worked in administration for the Orange County Courthouse.

Michel earned an associate's degree in business and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in international business and a certification in foreign language interpretation. Michel is fluent in Spanish and French.
